Carbon credit project disclosures

California Health & Safety Code §44475 · Thrivedom PBC, Inc. · Disclosed as of October 13, 2026. We update this page at least once a year, and before any new project is used.

How your purchase becomes credits

When you buy carbon credits on Thrivedom, we split your purchase across the projects on this page. Our public ledger shows the current mix and prices. We buy credits in whole tonnes and retire them on public registries on behalf of Thrivedom PBC, for the fans whose purchases they represent. Fans are never named on the registries. Your receipt and our ledger show the registry serial numbers of the tonnes your credits came from, once those tonnes are retired.

Tradewater: Middle East 4 (ACR1231)

Project information is provided by Tradewater, LLC and used with their permission. We've confirmed it against the independent verification report and the ACR registry.

What it is. Tradewater bought 18,440 kg of CFC-12 refrigerant from a licensed company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, that collects and aggregates it. CFC-12 is an ozone-depleting gas with very high warming potential. It was shipped to the Remondis Industrie Service facility in Bramsche, Germany, and destroyed in a high-temperature kiln (1,100°C) at a facility tested at more than 99.99% destruction efficiency. The project's baseline, confirmed by the verifier, assumes the gas would otherwise have been used in old equipment or stored, and would eventually have leaked.

Protocol
ACR Methodology for the Destruction of Ozone Depleting Substances from International Sources, version 1.0 (April 2021), under the ACR Standard version 8.0
Location
Gas sourced in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Destroyed in Bramsche, Germany. ACR lists the project's location as Germany, so its serial numbers carry the code "DE".
Project timeline
Crediting period January 27, 2026 to January 26, 2036. All reductions came from one destruction event. No further reductions are expected from this project.
Start date
January 27, 2026
Reductions: dates and quantities
163,963 tonnes CO₂e for the whole project (Thrivedom buys a small share of these), from destruction between January 27 and February 16, 2026. Credits issued May 12, 2026. No modifications or reversals.
Project type
100% avoided emissions. 0% carbon removal.
Standards met
The destruction facility meets the Montreal Protocol Technology and Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP) requirements. The credits carry the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market's Core Carbon Principles (CCP) label on the ACR registry. We don't claim CORSIA eligibility.
Durability
Permanent, as assessed by the verifier: the gas is destroyed and can't be re-released.
Independent verification
Yes. Validated and verified by SES, Inc., an accredited, ACR-approved verifier, to a reasonable level of assurance (May 12, 2026). Its recalculation matched Tradewater's figures exactly.
Reductions by year
2026: 163,963 tonnes CO₂e. No other years.
How the number is calculated
Baseline emissions (what the gas would have released without the project) 179,048 t CO₂e, minus project emissions 15,085 t CO₂e, equals 163,963 t CO₂e of verified reductions. The full data and method are in the GHG Project Plan, monitoring report and verification report listed under References.

Vaulted Deep: Great Plains Organic Waste Sequestration (Isometric 01P4)

What it is. Vaulted Deep collects organic waste such as biosolids, livestock and agricultural waste, and paper sludge. It turns that waste into a slurry and injects it into permitted salt caverns deep underground in Hutchinson, Kansas. The carbon the plants originally pulled from the air is stored there, instead of being released as the waste decomposes or burns. Emissions from transport, processing and energy use are subtracted before credits are issued.

Protocol
Isometric Biomass Geological Storage, version 1.1 (baseline version 1.0), under the Isometric Standard
Location
Hutchinson, Kansas, USA
Project timeline
Crediting period August 21, 2023 to August 20, 2028. Project approved December 22, 2023.
Start date
August 21, 2023 (crediting period start)
Removals: dates and quantities
Credited per injection batch since 2023: 74,920 tonnes CO₂e issued for the whole project as of October 2, 2026 (Thrivedom buys a small share of these). No reversals to date.
Project type
100% carbon removal
Standards met
The protocol and credits carry the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles label on the Isometric registry.
Durability
1,000+ years, the minimum the protocol requires.
Independent verification
Yes. Verified by 350Solutions, an Isometric-approved verifier.
Removals by year
2023: 2,137.35 · 2024: 9,867.28 · 2025: 26,011.06 · 2026 to date: 36,904.31 tonnes CO₂e
How the number is calculated
The carbon content of the injected waste (measured in a lab), multiplied by the mass injected (weighed on certified scales), minus carbon that would have stayed stored anyway, minus all project emissions. Calculations for each removal are published on the Isometric registry.

Our commitments if something goes wrong

If a purchase or retirement fails. If we can't complete the purchase or retirement of credits allocated to your order, we'll reallocate those tonnes to another project of the same type listed on this page within 45 days of identifying the failure. If we can't source credits of that type at all, we'll refund you in full.

If a project sells out. We'll move new allocations to another listed project of the same type and update our public ledger. If no project of that type is listed, we'll add one and publish its details on this page before allocating any tonnes to it.

If stored carbon is released (a reversal). For Vaulted Deep, the Isometric registry handles reversals through a buffer pool. A share of every issuance (currently 2%) is set aside, and under Isometric's current rules, credits are cancelled from that pool to make up for a reversal, rather than cancelling credits buyers have already retired. Tradewater's reductions are permanent, so there's nothing to reverse.

If credits are cancelled or found invalid. We'll publish what happened on this page and on our ledger. If the vendor refunds or replaces the credits, we'll buy replacement credits using our current project mix. If the vendor does neither, we may not be able to replace them, and we'll say so publicly.

If future reductions don't happen. We only buy credits that have already been issued after independent verification. We don't sell credits for reductions or removals that haven't happened yet.
